Generally, parents like to shy away from kiddos with syrupy substances melted onto their little fingers. But this weekend at our Ice Cream Fundays, we were prepared to combat the “sticky” dilemma with wet wipes, napkins, and water bottles. Big bouncy castles and volunteer “bouncers” to relieved parents of the notorious sugar rushes that come from the combination of ice cream and happy children.

Sometimes, big churches can feel disconnected and distant. I know when I first came to Life Center, I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of people, and didn’t like the “mega-church” feel. However, events like these bring the church together to meet one another and have fun.

The next community event we have is at the Carol Sing, at the beginning of December.
