EXPERIENCE JESUS
STRONGHOLDS
EXPERIENCE
During the Strongholds experience you and your group will discuss spiritual strongholds and relinquish those to God. He can do the hard work and bring healing! This is spiritual warfare so make sure you’re in the fight by praying and knowing the scriptures! Content can be found in weeks 4 and 5 of your workbook. If you have questions or feel like you’re out of your depth please feel free to email Corey.
SERVE
EXPERIENCE
Options & Descriptions
The Union Gospel Mission is a Christian non-profit organization passionate about breaking the cycle of homelessness, abuse, and addiction in the Inland Northwest. By partnering with the community, they are able to offer food, clothing and shelter to homeless men, women and children, plus the opportunity through their recovery program to get back on their feet and become a contributing member of society. Experience here is to serve a meal and receive information about UGM.
Project i.d. is a non-profit organization established to provide recreational, social, work and other life opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as provide support for their families. This organization is based on faith, business, mental health and sports principles with the goal to enhance the possibilities and potential for each individual living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to become and achieve all that they can be. To serve them you will eat with them, talk with them and clean up from the meal. The remainder of the time you will have the freedom to engage in various activities with the people there, such as a media room, pool room, arts & crafts and usually a large group activity in the gym such as bingo, soccer, etc.
STEWARDSHIP
NIGHT
God has a lot to say about how we handle our money. Let’s talk about the heart of the matter, yours.
7-weeks in, all groups will gather again at Life Center to hear a talk about money, stewardship, and what God says about it. After the talk we will break into groups and discuss what we learned. Questions? Email Corey.
Additionally view our events page to find when our next Financial Peace University class will begin. (We post as soon as we know).
