Just as God sent his Son to us, he is also sending you to be love. We know the greatest commandment is to love. We have Jesus as our guide and the ultimate example of love. If we want to embody love in this world like Jesus, remember these key truths: I am loved. I am rooted in love. I am receiving love. I can respond with love! Join us live for church online.

Abound in Love, Excel in Obedience, Experience God

By |2021-12-20T12:23:36-08:00November 21st, 2021|Experiencing God|

We experience God as we obey him and we come to know him more intimately as he accomplishes his work through us. Obedience starts right now. God knows we’re imperfect but, he wants our best. What’s more, God doesn’t want people who simply obey, he wants people who love! You can obey without love, but you can’t love God without obeying him. Let’s be people who abound in love, excel in obedience, and experience God.

What is Most Important?

By |2021-09-21T08:54:50-07:00August 29th, 2021|Love This City|

From Mark 12, Pastor Michael Wittwer teaches the most important commandment: to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength and to love your neighbor as yourself. We live in complicated times, but following Jesus is simple! Love God with your whole being and love people as yourself. This week's sermon is centered around love awards where we shout out people who are loving Jesus and loving others well in our community! Love is doing what's best for another, no matter what it costs you.
